  • • Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and candidate experience across engineering, operations, manufacturing, corporate functions, and leadership.
  • • Partner directly with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, conduct intake meetings, build interview plans, and calibrate candidate profiles for all open roles.
  • • Build proactive talent pipelines for recurring and difficult-to-fill positions before hiring needs become urgent, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, employee referrals, and creative outreach techniques.
  • • Manage all recruiting operations within Ashby, including job creation, interview scheduling workflows, reporting, scorecards, templates, and process documentation.
  • • Continuously improve interview processes, candidate communications, hiring manager enablement, and recruiting metrics to enhance efficiency and quality of hire.
  • • Track and analyze recruiting analytics such as time-to-fill, pipeline conversion rates, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring manager satisfaction to inform strategic decisions.
  • • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by challenging assumptions, improving interview quality, and guiding teams toward better hiring decisions.
  • • Identify patterns across recruitment searches and recommend improvements to recruiting strategy, compensation positioning, interview design, and talent planning.
  • • Collaborate with the People & Talent Lead on onboarding improvements, employer branding initiatives, and broader People Operations projects that enhance the employee experience.
  • • Maintain exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey while managing multiple concurrent searches with high attention to detail and follow-through.
  • • Develop and implement sourcing strategies tailored to hard-to-fill roles in engineering, manufacturing, and operations, using both active and passive candidate techniques.
  • • Document and standardize recruiting processes, interview frameworks, and hiring documentation to ensure consistency and scalability as the company grows.
  • • Use recruiting metrics to drive data-informed decisions and optimize hiring outcomes, including evaluating the effectiveness of sourcing channels and interview stages.
  • • Enable hiring managers through training and guidance on interviewing best practices, candidate evaluation, and bias mitigation in hiring.
  • • Contribute to employer branding efforts by representing Critical Loop in talent communities and industry networks to attract top-tier candidates.
  • • Stay current on market trends in compensation, talent availability, and recruitment technology to ensure Competitive hiring practices.
  • • Support the scaling of recruiting infrastructure as Critical Loop grows, evolving systems to handle increased volume and complexity without sacrificing quality.
  • • Maintain compliance with equal opportunity employment standards and ensure all hiring practices align with company values and legal requirements.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience across multiple business functions.
  • • Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill positions.
  • • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers throughout the hiring process, from intake through offer acceptance.
  • • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills with the ability to evaluate both technical capability and long-term organizational fit.
  • • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • • Highly organized with outstanding follow-through and attention to detail.
  • • Comfortable managing multiple concurrent searches while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.
  • • Experience using modern ATS platforms (Ashby preferred, Greenhouse, Lever, or equivalent acceptable).
