📋 Description

• As a Lead Software Engineer at Ravio Technologies Limited, you will be at the forefront of shaping our innovative compensation data and SaaS platform. This is a pivotal role where you will wield significant technical leadership, driving the evolution of our customer-facing web application. You will be instrumental in architecting, designing, and implementing key features, ensuring the continued success and scalability of Ravio's product.
• You will own critical aspects of product architecture and technical design, translating complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions. Your expertise will guide the team in making sound technical decisions, fostering a culture of high-quality code, exceptional reliability, and sophisticated system design.
• This is a hands-on individual contributor role, demanding deep technical expertise and the ability to tackle the most challenging problems. You will be expected to lead by example, mentoring other engineers and contributing directly to the codebase. Your influence will extend across the entire technology stack, from frontend to backend, ensuring a cohesive and high-performing product.
• The Web App engineering team is responsible for building Ravio's core customer-facing product, a sophisticated blend of data analytics and Software-as-a-Service. You will play a crucial role in enhancing this platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our rapidly growing client base, which already exceeds 1,200 companies.
• Your responsibilities will include driving technical strategy, evaluating new technologies, and establishing best practices for software development. You will be a key player in ensuring our platform remains at the cutting edge of compensation technology, providing innovative solutions for companies worldwide.

• You will be working with a modern tech stack, including React, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL, on Google Cloud Platform. 🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of commercial software engineering experience.
• Proven ability to inspire teams and lead impactful technical builds with minimal supervision.
• Deep expertise in at least one of the following: TypeScript, React, Node.js, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience in high-velocity, technically challenging environments is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with modern frontend and backend technologies and cloud platforms.
