- • As a Lead Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the entire software development lifecycle, from initial requirements analysis and system design through to robust .NET development, database development, meticulous troubleshooting, performance optimization, and ongoing technical support. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
- • You will be responsible for providing clear technical direction and guidance to the development team. - • You will be involved in troubleshooting complex technical issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions. Performance tuning will be a continuous effort to ensure optimal application responsiveness and efficiency.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- • 7+ years of professional software development experience, with a significant focus on .NET technologies.
- • Proven expertise in .NET Core and ASP.NET Core services development.
- • Strong proficiency in database development, specifically with NoSQL (Mongo) and/or relational databases (Azure SQL).
- • Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure Cloud, including services like Service Bus, Blob Storage, and Redis.
- • Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (Angular 18) and UI components (Kendo) is a plus.
- • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes (nice to have).
- • Solid understanding of microservices architecture and its implementation in scalable systems (nice to have).
- • Knowledge of bug-tracking systems and version control (GitHub Enterprise).
- • Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
- • Pragmatic approach to balancing process and flexibility, with strong organizational and self-management abilities.
- • Intermediate+ English level.
