📋 Description

  • As a Lead Software Engineer, ServiceNow at Lennar, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and evolving our enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions. This pivotal role demands a hands-on architect with a profound understanding of the ServiceNow platform, modern user experience (UX) development, AI-driven automation, and robust integration architecture. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions that significantly enhance our Customer Service Management (CSM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), and Enterprise Service Workflows, with a particular emphasis on Finance Workflows.
  • You will own the end-to-end ServiceNow architecture across HRSD, CSM, and Finance Enterprise Service Workflows, ensuring solutions are scalable, upgrade-safe, and adhere strictly to ServiceNow best practices and enterprise standards. This includes leading technical design reviews and actively participating in architecture governance to maintain platform integrity and future-proofing.
  • A key aspect of this role involves optimizing the customer and employee experience. You will leverage modern UI development techniques and AI-assisted workflows to create seamless and intuitive interactions. This includes designing engaging employee experiences using UI Builder and developing reusable components to promote consistency and efficiency across the platform.
  • Data security, role-based access, and compliance are paramount. You will be responsible for architecting solutions that uphold the highest standards of data protection and regulatory adherence.
  • For Finance Workflows, you will architect specific solutions and ensure seamless integration with our ERP and financial systems, providing critical support for financial operations.
  • You will lead development efforts utilizing UI Builder and the Next Experience UI, staying ahead of platform advancements. Furthermore, you will architect Agentic AI workflows, enabling autonomous or semi-autonomous task execution and identifying strategic opportunities where AI can significantly reduce manual effort and improve service outcomes.
  • Leading the integration strategy is another core responsibility. You will architect integrations with key enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, HRIS, Finance, and various third-party systems, ensuring data flows efficiently and accurately across the ecosystem.
  • You will serve as a trusted advisor to Business leaders, Product Owners, and Enterprise Architects, influencing roadmap planning, platform strategy, and prioritization decisions. Your insights and technical leadership will be instrumental in shaping the future direction of our ServiceNow investments.
  • This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating technical debt, ensuring the long-term health and performance of the ServiceNow platform through diligent performance tuning and upgrade planning.
  • You will foster a supportive and collaborative teamwork environment, working effectively across diverse groups and promoting a culture of shared success. Your ability to evaluate interdependencies and think critically and systemically will be essential in solving complex problems.
  • By driving innovation and best practices within the ServiceNow ecosystem, you will directly contribute to Lennar's mission of making an impact and creating an extraordinary experience for our Homeowners, Communities, and Associates. This role is an opportunity to build your future within a Fortune 500 company that is consistently ranked among the top homebuilders in the United States, empowering you to build quality homes, manage costs, and adhere to schedules.
  • You will be instrumental in ensuring our ServiceNow platform supports Lennar's commitment to building zero-defect homes, effective cost management, and strict adherence to project schedules, thereby contributing to the company's overall success and reputation.
  • This position offers a unique chance to blend technical prowess with strategic business acumen, driving digital transformation and enhancing operational efficiency through the strategic application of the ServiceNow platform.
  • You will champion the adoption of new ServiceNow features and capabilities, ensuring Lennar remains at the cutting edge of service management technology.
  • Your leadership will extend to mentoring junior engineers, sharing knowledge, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the ServiceNow team.
  • Ultimately, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of high-impact ServiceNow solutions that align with Lennar's strategic objectives and drive business value across multiple departments.
