- • Lead the end-to-end architecture of ServiceNow solutions focused on Now Assist capabilities across Platform, ITSM, and HRSD domains.
- • Design scalable, upgrade-safe ServiceNow applications aligned with enterprise standards and ServiceNow best practices.
- • Conduct technical design reviews and govern architecture decisions for enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
- • Integrate ServiceNow with large language models and third-party AI services to enable AI-powered automation.
- • Define and govern AI skill configurations and virtual agent workflows within AI Agent Studio and AI Control Tower.
- • Architect Agentic AI workflows that enable autonomous or semi-autonomous execution of business tasks.
- • Ensure data security, role-based access control, and compliance with enterprise governance policies across all ServiceNow modules.
- • Monitor performance of AI features, continuously fine-tune agentic workflows, and track adoption metrics across business units.
- • Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort through AI-driven automation that improves service delivery outcomes.
- • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to product owners, business leaders, and enterprise architects on AI and ServiceNow strategy.
- • Influence ServiceNow platform roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and long-term technology direction.
- • Promote a collaborative, inclusive team environment across diverse engineering and business stakeholders.
- • Evaluate system interdependencies and apply systemic thinking to resolve complex technical challenges.
- • Utilize advanced ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts) to build and customize solutions.
- • Orchestrate complex workflows using Flow Designer and Process Automation Designer.
- • Implement and maintain enterprise-grade integrations via Integration Hub and other integration tools.
- • Apply deep expertise in Now Assist for ITSM and HRSD, as well as Next Experience, to enhance user interactions and service efficiency.
- • Maintain platform security controls and ensure alignment with corporate IT security policies.
- • Collaborate closely with product management teams to deliver user-centric, high-impact ServiceNow experiences.
- • Drive adoption of AI-enabled ServiceNow capabilities through training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of overall IT experience
- • 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and architecture experience
- • Proven experience leading complex, enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations
- • Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts)
- • Deep expertise in Now Assist (ITSM and HRSD), AI Agent Studio, AI Control Tower, and Flow Designer
- • Strong understanding of service management, business workflows, and enterprise system integrations
