📋 Description
- • Lead the end-to-end implementation and evolution of ServiceNow solutions with a focus on Customer Service Management (CSM) and Finance Enterprise Service Workflows
- • Design scalable, upgrade-safe ServiceNow solutions aligned with best practices and enterprise standards
- • Conduct technical design reviews and architecture governance to ensure robust platform development
- • Optimize customer experience through modern UI development and AI-assisted workflows
- • Create seamless employee experiences using UI Builder and reusable components for consistent user interfaces
- • Ensure data security, role-based access controls, and compliance with enterprise regulations
- • Architect Finance-specific workflows and integrate them with ERP and financial systems for streamlined operations
- • Lead development initiatives using UI Builder and Next Experience for enhanced user engagement
- • Perform custom development for Service Portal applications to support existing systems
- • Develop integration strategies with CRM, ERP, HRIS, Finance systems, and third-party platforms
- • Act as a trusted advisor to Business leaders, product owners, and enterprise architects for strategic alignment
- • Influence roadmap planning, platform strategy, and prioritization decisions to align with business goals
- • Foster a collaborative teamwork environment across diverse groups to promote innovation
- • Evaluate interdependencies and solve problems with critical, systemic thinking
🎯 Requirements
- • Advanced ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Service Portal custom widgets)
- • Proven experience with Flow Designer and advanced workflow orchestration
- • 8+ years of overall IT experience with 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and architecture
- • Deep expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) and Enterprise Service Workflows (Finance focus)
- • Experience designing and implementing UI Builder and Next Experience solutions
- • Strong understanding of service management, business workflows, and enterprise systems integration
- • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations
- • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
