- • Own the end-to-end ServiceNow implementation specifically for Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) across the enterprise.
- • Design scalable, upgrade-safe ServiceNow solutions that align with ServiceNow best practices and enterprise architecture standards.
- • Lead technical design reviews and governance for all ServiceNow HRSD initiatives to ensure architectural integrity and compliance.
- • Optimize the end-user experience by implementing modern UI components, including UI Builder and Next Experience, and integrating AI-assisted workflows.
- • Architect and develop enterprise-grade integrations using ServiceNow Integration Hub and custom APIs to connect HRSD with other core systems.
- • Ensure data security, role-based access controls, and full compliance with internal policies and external regulations within the ServiceNow platform.
- • Drive adoption of new ServiceNow tools and technologies, including Now Mobile Studio, Playbook, and Employee Center Pro.
- • Lead the implementation and utilization of ServiceNow AI capabilities to reduce manual effort, improve service outcomes, and enhance operational efficiency.
- • Identify strategic opportunities where AI and automation can replace manual processes in HRSD workflows.
- • Act as a trusted technical advisor to business leaders, product owners, and enterprise architects to align platform capabilities with business goals.
- • Influence the ServiceNow platform roadmap, prioritization, and long-term strategy in collaboration with product management and engineering teams.
- • Promote a collaborative, inclusive team environment across engineering, HR, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- • Evaluate system interdependencies and apply systemic thinking to resolve complex technical and process challenges.
- • Apply advanced ServiceNow scripting including JavaScript, Script Includes, Business Rules, and Client Scripts to customize and extend platform functionality.
- • Design and execute complex workflow orchestration using Flow Designer to automate HRSD processes.
- • Conduct performance tuning, manage technical debt, and plan for platform upgrades to ensure stability and future-readiness.
- • Maintain deep expertise in Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) modules and their integration with broader HR operations.
- • Stay current on ServiceNow platform updates and proactively recommend enhancements that improve functionality, security, and user satisfaction.
