Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the full technical discovery lifecycle for Fortune-500 industrial customers. You will spend 30–40 % of your time on-site at refineries, assembly plants, construction sites, and logistics hubs, interviewing operators, engineers, and executives to surface the hidden constraints that limit throughput, safety, and quality. Translate these raw observations into a concise, data-driven problem statement and a phased AI-automation roadmap.
- • Architect end-to-end solutions on the Nexxa Nitro platform that combine LLMs, vision-language models, and real-time sensor data to create autonomous decision loops. Your designs will span edge devices on the factory floor, cloud-scale model inference, and secure OT/IT integrations. Every architecture you ship must be fault-tolerant, auditable, and capable of scaling from one production line to an entire enterprise.
- • Lead technical pre-sales engagements alongside the Founding GTM. You will run white-board sessions, live demos, and proof-of-value workshops that turn skeptical engineers into champions. Build trust by openly discussing latency budgets, cybersecurity trade-offs, and expected ROI ranges backed by your own benchmark data.
- • Author detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) that convert discovery insights into fixed-price or T&M contracts. Define success KPIs—OEE uplift, defect-rate reduction, unplanned-downtime hours saved—and map them to measurable model metrics. Collaborate with engineering to lock sprint-level deliverables and release gates.
- • Create reusable solution modules and reference architectures that accelerate future deployments. Identify patterns—e.g., computer-vision quality gates, LLM-based maintenance copilots, or predictive safety analytics—and package them into Terraform modules, Helm charts, and deployment playbooks that the entire field team can reuse.
- • Act as the voice of the customer inside Nexxa. Feed real-world constraints back to product and engineering to influence the roadmap. Champion new platform features such as low-latency edge inferencing, OT-protocol adapters, or compliance dashboards that close the gap between lab-grade AI and rugged industrial reality.
- • Mentor junior solutions architects and customer success engineers. Run internal guilds on topics like MLOps for noisy sensor data, IEC-62443 security controls, or CAD-to-LLM integration patterns. Your documentation and code samples will become the gold standard for the next wave of hires.
- • Travel up to 40 % for multi-day discovery sprints, executive workshops, and go-live hypercare. When not on the road, work remotely with flexible hours to match global customer time zones.
