- • Serve as the technical bridge between Taktile’s enterprise prospects and its AI-powered decisioning platform, partnering with Sales to architect AI-driven solutions for leading financial institutions.
- • Lead the design and execution of proof-of-value projects using customer data, ML/AI models, and Taktile’s platform to demonstrate strategic ROI and justify significant investment.
- • Build technical prototypes and demos that simulate production-grade integrations and workflows, showcasing how Taktile leverages Generative AI and advanced ML to solve credit, risk, and fraud challenges.
- • Translate customer strategic priorities and problem statements into high-impact Agentic AI use cases during the enterprise sales cycle, uncovering value opportunities that drive strategic partnerships.
- • Communicate the value of full implementation and strategic roadmap to senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, balancing technical depth with business outcomes.
- • Scale the Solutions function by creating reusable collateral, establishing solution patterns, and mentoring junior team members on customer engagement and technical strategy.
- • Collaborate with Product Management to share competitive intelligence and prospect insights gathered during sales, directly influencing Taktile’s AI product roadmap and positioning.
- • Lead discovery for new use cases on the platform, assess product-solution fit, and share results with go-to-market functions to inform sales and marketing strategy.
- • Manage multiple high-stakes enterprise prospects simultaneously, planning and executing technical scopes of Proof of Concepts (POCs) and technical evaluations while partnering with Sales to close deals.
- • Navigate complex enterprise organizations with stakeholders across technical roles (e.g., Principal Engineers, Data Scientists) and business roles (e.g., Risk Managers, Credit Analysts).
- • Work in a hybrid model, spending at least three days per week in Taktile’s New York office to collaborate in person with cross-functional teams.
- • Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams based on real-world customer interactions, ensuring platform evolution aligns with enterprise needs.
- • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them integrate Taktile into their decisioning tech stack and achieve their strategic goals through AI-driven automation.
- • Support high-contract-value enterprise deals by combining technical expertise with strategic positioning, deep discovery, and the ability to handle complex technical objections.
- • Engage with partners and customers to co-design solutions on Taktile’s Agentic Decisioning Platform, ensuring alignment with their infrastructure and compliance requirements.
- • Stay current on the latest AI developments and apply emerging methodologies to enhance customer engagements and solution design.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of hands-on experience writing production Python code
- • Proven track record of supporting high-contract-value enterprise deals in B2B SaaS
- • Experience managing the technical scope of Proof of Concepts (POCs) and technical evaluations in enterprise sales cycles
- • Ability to navigate complex enterprise organizations with both technical and business stakeholders
- • Willingness to work hybrid model with at least three days per week in New York office
- • Strong collaboration skills across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
