- • Lead high-impact product design across teams and own ZOE's Design System as a Lead or Staff Product Designer, driving visual excellence and system scalability.
- • Embed in product squads to lead hands-on design work, raise UI quality through direct contribution and collaboration, and partner with product, engineering, and leadership on strategy and execution.
- • Own the direction, quality, and evolution of ZOE's Design System — including token layer, component library, motion, haptics, and accessibility — ensuring consistency across app and web surfaces.
- • Collaborate with Brand, Product, and Engineering teams to translate brand identity into scalable design patterns and advocate for design excellence in cross-functional settings.
- • Join a multidisciplinary Experience team focused on craft, clarity, and impact, working in a remote-first environment that values trust, growth, and meaningful work on health-related products.
- • Develop leadership and systems thinking skills by shaping design processes, mentoring peers through practice, and influencing how design operates at scale across the organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record of exceptional visual design and UI craft, including layout, typography, colour, hierarchy, and interaction detail, demonstrated through a strong portfolio.
- • Experience leading or playing a significant role in a Design System — shaping direction, driving adoption, and ensuring cohesion across platforms.
- • Proficiency in designing for both web and app surfaces, with understanding of token-based systems and how design decisions translate from Figma to code.
- • Ability to frame work around user and business problems, think in systems, and design with outcomes in mind, not just aesthetics.
- • Collaborative, low-ego, and maker-first mindset — leading through doing, giving and receiving critique, and taking ownership of outcomes.
- • Interest in how design is implemented in code and comfort working with ambiguity to create clarity.
