- • Assists in driving results by developing effective relationships with cross-functional leadership to support business function objectives and align with corporate strategy.

- • Applies storytelling and critical thinking to convey data-driven narratives that influence strategic decisions.
- • Must be able to travel up to 10% to hubs in Chicago, Charlotte, Dallas, and Scottsdale, as well as other locations as needed.
- • Works within Central or Eastern Time Zone to ensure alignment with team and stakeholder schedules.
- • Operates with sound judgment and decision-making capabilities in high-stakes, ambiguous environments.
- • Maintains proficiency in claims management systems and reporting tools to support data analysis and operational reporting.
- • Provides coaching, training, or mentoring support to team members to build capability and drive performance.
- • Adheres to all company policies, including background investigation requirements and remote work standards.
- • Maintains a dedicated, private home workspace with reliable internet (minimum 50 MB download / 5 MB upload) and appropriate ergonomic equipment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4-year Bachelor’s degree
- • 5 or more years of professional experience
- • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret large datasets
- • Proficiency in claims management systems and reporting tools
- • Effective written and verbal communication skills
- • Demonstrated proficiency in end-to-end claims processes (investigation, evaluation, resolution)

- • Annual compensation range of $85,000.00 – $145,075.00 based on experience and qualifications
