  • • Assists in driving results by developing effective relationships with cross-functional leadership to support business function objectives and align with corporate strategy.
  • • Analyzes statistical data related to programs, projects, and processes to identify improvement opportunities and provide actionable alternatives.
  • • Develops communication strategies and materials to support the rollout of new plans, programs, or processes across the enterprise.
  • • Enables leadership efforts focused on continuous improvement of business processes and operational programs.
  • • Presents business cases and influences stakeholders to adopt recommended actions and strategic initiatives.
  • • Demonstrates strong business acumen, leadership presence, and strategic vision in guiding enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • • Takes an integrated approach to ensure all initiatives align with the company’s growth and profit goals.
  • • Formulates or contributes to the formulation of strategies designed to achieve specific plan objectives.
  • • Leads the design and development of new plans, programs, and operational processes from concept to implementation.
  • • Supports the removal of barriers to collaboration across teams and functions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • • Collaborates directly with business stakeholders to identify needs, pain points, and opportunities for process optimization.
  • • Applies strong analytical skills to interpret large datasets and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
  • • Communicates complex findings and strategic insights clearly and effectively to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • • Demonstrates proficiency in end-to-end claims processes, including investigation, evaluation, and resolution, to drive customer-centric decision-making.
  • • Utilizes strategic thinking and planning ability to design scalable solutions that improve business outcomes.
  • • Leverages relationship-building and collaboration management skills to foster alignment across departments.
  • • Applies storytelling and critical thinking to convey data-driven narratives that influence strategic decisions.
  • • Must be able to travel up to 10% to hubs in Chicago, Charlotte, Dallas, and Scottsdale, as well as other locations as needed.
  • • Works within Central or Eastern Time Zone to ensure alignment with team and stakeholder schedules.
  • • Operates with sound judgment and decision-making capabilities in high-stakes, ambiguous environments.
  • • Maintains proficiency in claims management systems and reporting tools to support data analysis and operational reporting.
  • • Provides coaching, training, or mentoring support to team members to build capability and drive performance.
  • • Adheres to all company policies, including background investigation requirements and remote work standards.
  • • Maintains a dedicated, private home workspace with reliable internet (minimum 50 MB download / 5 MB upload) and appropriate ergonomic equipment.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4-year Bachelor’s degree
  • • 5 or more years of professional experience
  • • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret large datasets
  • • Proficiency in claims management systems and reporting tools
  • • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • • Demonstrated proficiency in end-to-end claims processes (investigation, evaluation, resolution)

  • • Annual compensation range of $85,000.00 – $145,075.00 based on experience and qualifications
