  • • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions across Engineering, Product, Data, AI, Machine Learning, Infrastructure, DevOps, Cybersecurity, QA, and related functions globally.
  • • Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define hiring requirements, interview strategies, talent profiles, and workforce planning priorities for technical roles.
  • • Act as a trusted talent advisor by providing market intelligence, talent mapping, compensation insights, and hiring recommendations for technical positions.
  • • Drive recruitment outcomes for complex, senior, niche, and business-critical technical positions across international markets.
  • • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top passive technical talent in competitive global markets.
  • • Build and maintain strong technical talent pipelines to support both immediate and future hiring needs across multiple regions.
  • • Conduct talent mapping exercises targeting key companies, industries, and geographic markets for technical roles.
  • • Stay current on technical hiring trends, market conditions, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability across key global regions.
  • • Mentor and support junior recruiters to improve sourcing capability, candidate assessment quality, and stakeholder management effectiveness.
  • • Establish and continuously improve recruitment processes, sourcing methodologies, interview calibration standards, and hiring best practices.
  • • Review recruitment performance, pipeline quality, and hiring outcomes to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • • Maintain accurate ATS data, candidate records, and recruitment reporting for global technical hiring activities.
  • • Track key recruitment metrics including pipeline health, time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and hiring quality across multiple functions and regions.
  • • Ensure a positive, professional, and consistent candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
  • • Support compliance with local hiring regulations and recruitment best practices across multiple countries.
  • • Deliver high-quality technical hires across Engineering, Product, Data, AI, Infrastructure, DevOps, Cybersecurity, and QA functions globally.
  • • Build sustainable talent pipelines for critical technical roles to meet ambitious, evolving hiring goals.
  • • Serve as a trusted hiring partner to technical leaders and executives by influencing decisions through data, insights, and market expertise.
  • • Improve recruitment efficiency, hiring quality, and candidate experience through data-driven optimizations.
  • • Contribute to the growth and development of the global Talent Acquisition team as the organization scales internationally.
  • • Operate with high ownership in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and ambitious hiring targets.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5-8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with significant exposure to technical hiring
  • • Proven track record recruiting for Software Engineering, Product Management, Data Science, AI/ML, Infrastructure, DevOps, Cybersecurity, or related technical functions
  • • Demonstrated success hiring senior and difficult-to-fill technical positions in competitive talent markets
  • • Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, networking, referrals, and other advanced sourcing techniques
  • • Experience managing multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed
  • • Strong understanding of technical talent markets, technical role requirements, and engineering organizational structures
