- • Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across Engineering, Product, Data, AI, Machine Learning, Infrastructure, DevOps, Cybersecurity, and QA functions globally.
- • Partner with senior hiring managers and executives to define hiring requirements, interview strategies, talent profiles, and workforce planning priorities for technical positions.
- • Act as a trusted talent advisor by delivering market intelligence, talent mapping, compensation benchmarks, and data-driven hiring recommendations.
- • Drive recruitment outcomes for senior, niche, and business-critical technical roles in competitive international markets.
- • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top passive technical talent across global regions.
- • Build and maintain robust technical talent pipelines to support both immediate hiring needs and future scaling requirements.
- • Conduct regular talent mapping exercises targeting key companies, industries, and geographic markets for technical roles.
- • Stay current on global technical hiring trends, talent availability, compensation structures, and regional labor market conditions.
- • Mentor and coach junior recruiters to improve sourcing capability, candidate assessment quality, and stakeholder management effectiveness.
- • Establish, refine, and standardize recruitment processes, sourcing methodologies, interview calibration standards, and hiring best practices across the global Talent Acquisition team.
- • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, pipeline health, source effectiveness, and hiring quality to identify improvement opportunities.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and ATS data to ensure compliance and reporting integrity.
- • Ensure a consistent, professional, and positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
- • Support compliance with local hiring regulations and recruitment best practices across multiple countries and jurisdictions.
- • Contribute to the growth and scalability of the global Talent Acquisition function as the organization expands internationally.
- • Operate with high ownership in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities, ambitious hiring goals, and minimal hierarchy.
- • Deliver high-quality technical hires across multiple functions and regions consistently and reliably.
- • Serve as a strategic partner to technical leaders and executives by influencing hiring decisions through data, insights, and market expertise.
- • Build sustainable talent pipelines for critical technical roles such as Software Engineers, Data Scientists, AI/ML Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Cybersecurity Specialists.
- • Improve recruitment efficiency, hiring quality, and candidate experience through continuous process optimization.
- • Successfully develop junior recruiters and help build a scalable, high-performing global Talent Acquisition team.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5-8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience with significant exposure to technical hiring
- • Proven track record recruiting for Software Engineering, Product Management, Data Science, AI/ML, Infrastructure, DevOps, Cybersecurity, or related technical functions
- • Demonstrated success hiring senior and difficult-to-fill technical positions in competitive talent markets
- • Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, networking, referrals, and other advanced sourcing techniques
- • Experience managing multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed
- • Strong understanding of technical talent markets, technical role requirements, and engineering organizational structures
