  • • Own and maximize ROAS across all paid acquisition channels including Meta, Google, and TikTok for a core D2C subscription product.
  • • Develop and execute data-driven user acquisition strategies focused on driving efficient CAC and sustainable growth based on LTV:CAC ratios and ARPU.
  • • Design and optimize campaign structures across all active platforms to ensure maximum performance and scalability.
  • • Continuously test and refine targeting parameters, bidding strategies, and campaign configurations to improve conversion rates and reduce cost per acquisition.
  • • Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives, identifying new selling angles, messaging strategies, and creative formats.
  • • Provide data-backed feedback to guide creative direction and ensure alignment between performance goals and creative output.
  • • Build and maintain robust performance reporting and attribution frameworks to track campaign effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
  • • Own the end-to-end testing roadmap including A/B tests, geo-expansion initiatives, channel scaling experiments, and creative iterations.
  • • Use quantitative insights from Tableau, Google Analytics, Excel, and SQL to drive every tactical and strategic decision.
  • • Operate with structure and rigor, ensuring performance stability and resolving issues proactively without delay.
  • • Identify scaling opportunities across paid channels while maintaining efficiency and avoiding performance degradation.
  • • Function as a hands-on, execution-focused leader with full accountability for acquisition metrics and financial outcomes.
  • • Think commercially as a profit-focused operator, treating user acquisition as a direct growth engine tied to company profitability.
  • • Work autonomously with minimal oversight, delivering consistent results and taking ownership of outcomes.
  • • Operate within the CET time zone (±4 hours) to ensure real-time collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • • Maintain a high-performance culture by prioritizing data over intuition, results over activity, and accountability over process.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years in performance marketing with a strong focus on D2C subscription products (web-to-web, web-to-app)
  • • Proven track record of maximising ROI and scaling paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and TikTok
  • • Deep platform expertise in paid social and search advertising ecosystems
  • • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with proficiency in Tableau, Google Analytics, Excel, and SQL
  • • Experience working with attribution models and performance reporting frameworks
  • • Highly analytical, execution-focused, and commercially minded with self-directed accountability
