📋 Description

• • The Learning Designer at Risepoint Holdings LLC is responsible for designing and developing high-quality online courses that align with learning theory, instructional design best practices, and emerging AI technologies to enhance course efficiency and student engagement.
• • Day to day, the role involves collaborating with university faculty to design creative, inspiring, and scaffolded learning experiences; advising faculty on adult learning theory and course development; leveraging AI tools to accelerate course production; managing project timelines and stakeholder communication; and ensuring courses meet quality standards and accessibility guidelines.
• • Risepoint is an education technology company partnering with over 100 universities and colleges to develop workforce-focused online degree programs in high-demand fields such as nursing, teaching, business, and public service, with a mission to increase access to affordable education for working adults.
• • In this role, the Learning Designer can deepen expertise in instructional design, AI-enhanced learning, and faculty collaboration; gain experience managing end-to-end course development projects; and contribute to innovative digital pedagogy while supporting professional growth through training and knowledge sharing.
