  • • As a Learning & Membership Operations Coordinator at TwoConnect LLC, you will be the linchpin for the seamless execution of our learning delivery, membership administration, and marketing coordination efforts. This pivotal role is designed for an individual who thrives on ensuring operational excellence, enabling our facilitators and consultants to dedicate their expertise to client engagement and program delivery without the burden of logistical complexities.
  • • You will be instrumental in managing and maintaining our Learning Management System (LMS), a critical platform for our educational offerings. This includes the meticulous uploading of new courses, ensuring accurate learner access, and keeping all content up-to-date and relevant. Your oversight will extend to the entire learner journey, from onboarding and course setup to diligently tracking participant progress and maintaining accurate certification records.
  • • A key responsibility will be the administration of accreditation processes, specifically ensuring compliance with CP-SWP requirements, demonstrating your commitment to quality and standards.
  • • You will orchestrate the intricate logistics for both virtual and in-person learning programs, ensuring every detail is managed for a smooth participant experience. This involves managing program schedules, adhering to operational timelines, and crafting clear, timely communications to all participants.
  • • A crucial aspect of your role will be acting as the primary liaison with our facilitators. You will ensure they are fully prepared for program delivery and that all operational aspects are perfectly aligned with their needs and the program's objectives.
  • • Following program completion, you will be responsible for supporting the collection of valuable post-program feedback and generating comprehensive reports, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • • Beyond learning delivery, you will manage the entire membership lifecycle. This includes onboarding new members, processing renewals efficiently, and maintaining an accurate and up-to-date membership database. Your role will involve responding promptly and professionally to all membership inquiries, ensuring member satisfaction and data integrity.
  • • You will play a supportive role in the operational execution of marketing campaigns, working collaboratively with the marketing team to ensure successful outreach and engagement.
  • • This includes supporting website updates and the administration of content, ensuring our online presence is current and effective.
  • • You will be the first point of contact for learning-related inbox inquiries, efficiently managing and escalating issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  • • Maintaining comprehensive documentation of operational procedures and ensuring the integrity of system data are paramount to this role, providing a foundation for consistent and reliable operations.
  • • You will contribute to the generation of reports across both learning and membership activities, offering valuable data-driven insights.
