• • The Legal Operations Analyst will join a close-knit legal operations team at CLEAResult, supporting the company’s mission to advance a sustainable, equitable, and carbon-neutral energy-efficient future through people-first values and operational excellence.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining the contract database with high accuracy in data entry and auditing, owning the full lifecycle of legal inquiries via a shared inbox, translating complex legal concepts into accessible language, preparing documents using templates and playbooks, and responding to inquiries within established turnaround times with professionalism.
• • The role involves supporting employees across the organization on contract management processes, building professional relationships cross-functionally, serving as an advanced user of legal databases and file systems, and assisting with miscellaneous projects as assigned.
• • The analyst will continuously deepen expertise through curiosity and proactive learning, contribute to streamlining legal processes, and help advance the company’s broader operational and strategic goals while working autonomously and collaboratively in a supportive, inclusive culture.
