- • Master consultative selling that feels more like coaching than pitching. You’ll use a proven, empathy-first framework to ask discovery questions, listen for life events (new baby, mortgage, job change), and translate complex insurance language into plain English so families can make confident decisions.
- • Deliver white-glove enrollment experiences that build trust and long-term loyalty. After a client says “yes,” you’ll walk them through digital e-apps, e-signatures, and policy delivery in one seamless session, then schedule annual reviews to adjust coverage as their lives evolve.
- • Maintain a spotless compliance record. You’ll document every interaction in our cloud CRM, ensure state-required disclosures are presented, and keep HIPAA-level data security standards—all while hitting weekly KPIs of 15-20 completed presentations and 8-10 issued policies.
- • Sharpen your craft through daily micro-learning and weekly live workshops. Topics range from advanced objection handling to TikTok-style video prospecting. Top performers earn invitations to quarterly “Masterclass” intensives with industry legends and executive mentors.
