Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy for engagement, retention, and loyalty across the full customer journey—from onboarding and activation to re-engagement, win-back, and long-term advocacy—aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
- • Design, build, and optimize cross-channel lifecycle programs using email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging with advanced segmentation, personalization, triggers, and automation to move customers to the right action at the right moment at scale.
- • Develop segmentation, targeting, and journey logic to improve activation, reduce churn, and increase lifetime value through proactive save, win-back, and re-engagement campaigns grounded in customer behavior.
- • Shape Credit Genie’s loyalty and engagement frameworks to reward, recognize, and re-engage customers over time, turning repeat usage into durable habits and lasting financial-wellness relationships.
- • Craft clear, compelling lifecycle messaging and value propositions that align with the broader brand strategy and build scalable storytelling frameworks across all lifecycle touchpoints.
- • Run a rigorous test-and-learn engine using A/B and multivariate testing, cohort analysis, and holdouts to continuously improve performance; define success metrics, post-launch evaluations, and iteration plans for every program.
- • Partner with Research and Data Science to translate user insights and behavioral trends into actionable lifecycle strategies that inform both marketing execution and product direction.
- • Establish repeatable processes, playbooks, and launch frameworks to scale lifecycle marketing as a durable, measurable growth engine rather than a series of one-off campaigns.
- • Own day-to-day program health including email deliverability, IP reputation, push opt-in rates, message frequency, and send discipline; maintain QA standards, launch checklists, naming conventions, and campaign documentation to ensure accuracy, brand compliance, and reliability at scale.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Compliance, Customer Service, and Brand teams to ensure a cohesive, compliant, and on-brand customer experience across all lifecycle interactions.
- • Leverage AI tools daily to draft and iterate on copy, generate testing variants, build segments and journeys faster, summarize performance results, and automate repetitive lifecycle tasks as a force multiplier.
- • Maintain strict adherence to compliance requirements across all customer communications in a regulated fintech environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience leading all aspects of Lifecycle Marketing (CRM, retention, engagement, and/or loyalty) in a B2C environment.
- • Proven track record of building and scaling lifecycle programs that measurably improved activation, retention, churn, and LTV, ideally for a consumer mobile app.
- • Deep CRM and automation fluency: hands-on expertise across email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging, with Braze, and strong command of segmentation and journey orchestration.
- • Highly analytical: confident using data and insights to shape messaging, design experiments, measure performance, and drive growth.
- • AI-first operator: actively use AI tools to draft copy, generate variants, build segments, summarize results, and automate repetitive lifecycle work.
- • Excellent communicator with ability to distill complexity into clarity for cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders.
🏖️ Benefits
- • 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your dependents on your first day of employment.
- • Up to $100 per month in fitness reimbursement or complimentary full membership to LifeTime Fitness or Equinox.
- • 401(k) with a 3.5% match and immediate vesting.
- • Meal program available for both lunch and dinner.
- • Pre-tax benefits, including a $1,000 HSA match.
- • Life and accidental insurance.
