- • As a Partnership Marketing Manager for Creators & Culture at Polymarket, you will drive the activation and growth of the company’s creator and cultural partnership ecosystem, turning influencer and entertainment collaborations into measurable audience reach and business impact.
- • You will manage day-to-day relationships with creators and cultural partners, ensuring deliverables are met, content remains on-brand, and mutual value is realized; develop culturally resonant concepts from ideation to production; build distribution strategies across owned, earned, and paid channels; identify and pitch new partnership opportunities; track performance using KPIs like impressions, engagement, referral traffic, and acquisition; and align with marketing, product, and comms teams to integrate creator content into broader campaigns.
- • Polymarket is the world’s largest prediction market platform, enabling users to trade on real-world event outcomes across politics, economics, sports, culture, and current affairs. With $21B traded in 2025 and rapid growth as an alternative news source, the company aims to become a global beacon of truth in media.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in creator marketing, distribution strategy, and cross-functional campaign integration while building scalable partnership programs that amplify Polymarket’s reach into new and culturally relevant audiences.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience managing creator or influencer partnerships end-to-end, not just through agencies
- • Deep fluency in how content spreads across platforms including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X, and podcasts
- • Strong creative instincts with a proven track record of producing culturally native activations
- • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple partners and deliverables simultaneously
- • Comfort working in ambiguity with a bias toward action and the ability to move fast
