- • Lead the end-to-end growth strategy for ElevenLabs in the Middle East, defining and owning all regional marketing and customer acquisition channels from zero to one.
- • Drive aggressive lead generation and brand awareness initiatives tailored to the Middle Eastern B2B tech market, with a focus on AI, developer tools, and SaaS products.
- • Design and execute multi-language outbound sales and marketing sequences that penetrate noisy markets, leveraging cold email, direct outreach, and account-based marketing tactics.
- • Plan, manage, and own all local industry events, user conferences, webinars, and regional networking activities, ensuring high-impact execution and measurable attendance and conversion outcomes.
- • Collaborate directly with global performance marketing teams to align on localized retargeting campaigns, ABM strategies, and regional customer segmentation.
- • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all regional campaigns using data-driven insights to optimize budget allocation, channel effectiveness, and ROI.
- • Serve as the regional Source of Truth for all marketing operations, acting as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for every initiative in the Middle East.
- • Adapt ElevenLabs’ global messaging, tone, and creative assets to resonate with local business cultures across the Middle East, ensuring cultural and linguistic relevance.
- • Build and maintain relationships with key regional stakeholders, including enterprise buyers, startups, developer communities, and industry influencers.
- • Operate autonomously in a high-velocity, low-bureaucracy environment, prioritizing impact over titles and executing complex projects without heavy oversight.
- • Leverage AI tools across all marketing workflows to accelerate campaign creation, content localization, analytics, and reporting efficiency.
- • Manage budget allocation for regional campaigns, events, and tools while maintaining strict accountability for cost-per-acquisition and customer lifetime value metrics.
- • Act as a cross-functional operator, wearing multiple hats including marketer, analyst, event planner, and content strategist, with no task considered below your scope.
- • Work within UTC+03:00 time zones to coordinate with global teams and ensure real-time responsiveness to regional opportunities and market shifts.
- • Contribute to the localization of ElevenLabs’ platforms—ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative, and ElevenAPI—for Middle Eastern enterprise and developer audiences.
- • Proactively identify new market opportunities, competitive dynamics, and buyer behavior trends unique to the Middle Eastern tech ecosystem.
- • Maintain a hands-on approach to campaign execution, from ideation and creative development to performance tracking and iterative refinement.
- • Own all aspects of campaign lifecycle management: planning, launch, optimization, reporting, and scaling, with full accountability for results.
- • Demonstrate initiative in building marketing infrastructure from scratch, including CRM workflows, lead scoring models, and localization pipelines.
- • Embrace a culture of excellence where every output—email, landing page, event, or report—must match the quality of ElevenLabs’ AI technology.
