Vice President of Paid Media (Remote US)

📋 Description

• • The Vice President of Paid Media owns a ~$15M P&L spanning Paid Media, Programmatic, and Creative pillars, reporting to the Managing Director, Performance, and accountable for client outcomes, retention, and work quality across all three areas.
• • Day to day, the VP inspects work at critical client lifecycle moments—including sales-to-ops handoff, kickoff, project phase, NSM setting, weekly/monthly updates, QBRs, 6-month strategy reviews, ABRs, and renewals—to ensure quality, challenge thinking, and align output with business goals.
• • The VP leads through Associate Directors, developing them into strong operators and quality owners by establishing operating cadences, coaching on feedback and evaluation, calibrating standards, and holding them accountable for client health and delivery quality.
• • The role offers the opportunity to shape a high-performing, integrated paid media practice by ensuring cross-functional credibility, driving P&L ownership through NRR and gross margin, building client relationships with senior stakeholders, and strengthening the leadership pipeline via talent development and partnership with People Operations.
