- • As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Winona Health, Inc., you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our marketing strategies, ensuring seamless campaign delivery and alignment with our overarching business objectives. This senior-level role is pivotal in driving customer engagement, retention, and growth through meticulously planned and optimized marketing initiatives.
- • You will play a key role in the strategic planning of marketing efforts, collaborating closely with the VP of Marketing to translate company goals into actionable campaigns. Your insights will be crucial in ensuring that all marketing activities are not only efficient but also highly effective in reaching and resonating with our target audience.
- • A core responsibility will be the ownership and meticulous management of email and SMS lifecycle campaigns. This includes designing, building, and optimizing automated flows that nurture customer relationships from acquisition through to long-term loyalty. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement of these critical communication channels.
- • To ensure operational excellence, you will leverage ClickUp project management software to establish and maintain robust workflows for all marketing teams. This involves defining processes, assigning tasks with clear deadlines, and diligently tracking progress to guarantee the timely and successful execution of all marketing initiatives.
- • Your role will extend to acting as a vital liaison between various cross-functional teams and leadership. You will facilitate clear communication, resolve potential roadblocks, and ensure that projects move forward smoothly, fostering a collaborative environment conducive to efficient project delivery.
- • You will also be responsible for ensuring that all marketing tasks and projects undergo a proper final review and approval process, maintaining high standards of quality and brand consistency.
- • Furthermore, you will contribute to the onboarding process for new marketing team members, helping them integrate seamlessly into the team and understand our workflows and objectives.
- • In the realm of digital marketing and content creation, you will oversee the development and execution of campaigns across diverse channels, including our website, social media platforms, email marketing, and SEO efforts.
- • You will collaborate closely with the content team to conceptualize and produce compelling, engaging content that speaks directly to the needs and interests of women experiencing menopause, ensuring it aligns perfectly with Winona's established brand guidelines, voice, and messaging.
- • A significant aspect of your role will involve running rigorous A/B tests on all lifecycle campaigns. This data-driven approach is essential for continuously identifying opportunities to enhance engagement, improve customer retention rates, and ultimately drive higher conversion rates.
- • You will be tasked with analyzing the performance of all marketing campaigns and user behavior data. This analytical deep-dive will enable you to identify trends, pinpoint areas for optimization, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance overall marketing effectiveness.
