- • Manage and execute fixed-term (6-month) local market project initiatives focused on establishing new business entities and transitioning workforces to these entities across multiple countries.
- • Define project scope and objectives by country and client in alignment with leadership strategy to meet financial targets.
- • Conduct comprehensive risk management to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks that could impact timelines, budgets, or compliance.
- • Develop, maintain, and update detailed project documentation to ensure audit readiness and operational clarity.
- • Deliver all project deliverables on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards with accountability for outcomes.
- • Serve as primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, managing communication through multiple channels to ensure engagement and transparency.
- • Drive client and worker adoption by collaborating closely with Account Management to design and implement dynamic deployment and optimization strategies.
- • Partner with Corporate Entity Management, Compliance, HR Services, Operations, and third-party vendors to identify, track, and resolve cross-functional dependencies.
- • Apply industry best practices and standardized project management methodologies throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- • Interpret financial data and metrics to inform decision-making, forecast outcomes, and adjust project plans accordingly.
- • Lead change management efforts by influencing outcomes across formal and informal organizational structures.
- • Utilize project management tools such as Smartsheet and advanced Excel (formulas, dashboards) to track progress, report results, and manage workflows.
- • Balance competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining focus on project completion and quality.
- • Navigate ambiguity and operate effectively in a results-driven, global organization with evolving requirements.
- • Build and sustain strong professional relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- • Demonstrate assertive, tenacious, and courageous decision-making under pressure with a high level of attention to detail.
- • Communicate complex project updates and results clearly and persuasively at an executive level, both verbally and in writing.
- • Apply analytical thinking and creative problem-solving to overcome challenges and optimize project delivery.
- • Leverage international business experience to enhance local market project execution and stakeholder engagement.
