- • As the Logistics Lead for Nivoda’s Netherlands hub, you will be accountable for the end-to-end logistics performance of the Oude Meer facility, ensuring seamless inbound consolidation, break-bulk operations, and global last-mile distribution for a fast-growing B2B diamond marketplace. This role is critical to maintaining the reliability, speed, and accuracy of Nivoda’s supply chain, directly impacting customer satisfaction and operational scalability in a high-value, precision-driven industry.
- • You will own daily fulfilment KPIs including speed, accuracy, and service levels, driving execution while building scalable, robust processes that support the company’s rapid growth. This includes managing outbound operations from pick/pack through labelling, courier allocation, and dispatch, while optimizing relationships with global carriers like FedEx, UPS, and Brinks for cost, speed, and reliability.
- • You will lead the design and rollout of new fulfilment streams such as Express, Jewellery, and Melee, creating and implementing SOPs to handle increasing operational complexity. Using data-driven insights, you will identify bottlenecks, implement process improvements, and continuously enhance throughput and error reduction across the NL hub.
- • You will manage, coach, and develop a team of junior logistics professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, precision, and operational excellence. As the primary interface between fulfilment, customer support, supplier teams, and global stakeholders, you will proactively communicate risks, delays, and recovery plans to ensure alignment and transparency.
- • You will thrive in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment where processes change continuously, applying structured thinking and strong operational judgment to adapt quickly. Your leadership will be instrumental in scaling Nivoda’s logistics infrastructure to support its mission of building the trusted global marketplace for the jewellery industry through modern tools and quantitative ROI.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 4+ years of logistics experience from any industry, with luxury goods or high-value product experience considered beneficial
- • Proven experience in stock control of high-value products, demonstrating accuracy, security, and integrity in handling sensitive inventory
- • Familiarity with major courier services (FedEx, UPS, Brinks) and hands-on experience using tracking systems for shipment visibility and exception management
- • Exceptional attention to detail is mandatory, given the high-value nature of diamond logistics and zero tolerance for errors
- • Strong honesty, professionalism, and integrity are essential, reflecting Nivoda’s commitment to trust and transparency in the global diamond trade
