• You will translate ambiguous business requirements into scalable ML solutions, conduct experiments, optimize models for performance, and deploy them using MLOps best practices, all while acting as a trusted technical advisor in client engagements and contributing to the company’s reputation as Google Cloud’s premier AI partner.

• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in end-to-end ML lifecycle management — from data engineering and model development to deployment and monitoring — while honing your consulting and leadership skills through direct client interaction, project scoping, and cross-functional collaboration, positioning you for rapid growth into senior technical or advisory roles.
• You will gain hands-on experience with Google Cloud’s AI and ML suite (including Vertex AI, BigQuery, Dataflow, and AI Platform), apply generative AI techniques to solve novel problems, and build production-ready Python-based systems with CI/CD, containerization, and scalable GPU/distributed computing — all within a supportive environment that encourages certifications, upskilling via Udemy, and professional development.
• Your work will directly impact clients’ ability to future-proof operations, unlock actionable insights, and stay ahead in competitive markets — giving you the satisfaction of seeing your technical contributions drive tangible business outcomes while building a portfolio of high-visibility, real-world AI implementations.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, preferably in a consulting or client-facing environment
• Proficiency in Python for backend development, including writing production-ready, well-tested code within CI/CD pipelines
• Strong foundation in machine learning fundamentals, including model selection, training, evaluation, and optimization techniques
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure) and experience deploying ML models using cloud-native services
• Solid software engineering practices, including version control (Git), testing, and modular code design
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying, manipulation, and integration with databases and backend systems
• Experience scaling ML workloads using GPUs or distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Dask, or Kubernetes)
• Ability to expose ML models via web services or APIs using frameworks like Flask or FastAPI
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
