  • • You will proactively engage with key stakeholders through a blend of onsite visits and virtual channels, including phone, email, and video conferencing, to deliver insightful solution selling, cultivate robust client relationships, and ensure an exceptionally seamless post-sale experience.
  • • A critical aspect of this role involves close collaboration with various internal teams to champion customer success, efficiently resolve any emerging issues, and consistently uphold high service levels.
  • • Core responsibilities include the meticulous development of comprehensive territory and account plans, diligent management of sales pipelines, provision of accurate sales forecasting, preparation of insightful sales reports, and the strategic execution of sales initiatives that directly contribute to the overall enterprise sales performance.

  • • This role demands proactive business development, effectively managing your territory to maximize customer visits and frequently engaging with customers to uncover opportunities for selling VWR's extensive portfolio of products.
  • • A deep understanding of customer profiles will enable you to identify emerging trends and opportunities that translate directly into sales.
  • • You are expected to expertly utilize VWR's internal and external resources, including local and global cross-functional contacts, to achieve your targets.
  • • Leveraging the VWR CRM database is essential for managing customer relationships, interactions, and vital information to enhance effectiveness and drive sales.
  • • Strategic planning and accurate forecasting are paramount, requiring you to plan, forecast, and achieve objectives and Key Performance Indicators within your territory/accounts, employing pre-call planning for maximum effectiveness.
  • • You will also be responsible for performing other duties as assigned, contributing to the broader team's success.
