📋 Description

• • The Managed Services Engineer – Azure Storage is responsible for designing, deploying, and supporting enterprise file storage solutions in Microsoft Azure, with a primary focus on Qumulo file storage and native Azure Storage services, ensuring platforms are secure, performant, scalable, and cost‑effective.
• • Day to day, the engineer will design and deploy Qumulo file storage clusters, administer Azure Storage services (Files, Blob, Managed Disks), monitor and troubleshoot performance and availability issues, optimize storage environments, lead managed services projects, engage with customers via meetings and incidents, develop SOPs, implement monitoring using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics, support IaC and automation with Terraform/PowerShell/Python, track work in SHI systems, participate in on‑call rotations, audit/compliance activities, and mentor lower‑tier engineers.
