- • As a Manager at TransUnion LLC, you will be instrumental in providing thought leadership and technical expertise across a diverse range of disciplines, addressing various and unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S. This remote position, headquartered in Chicago, IL, offers a unique opportunity to shape and execute critical business initiatives, acting as a key liaison between clients and our internal teams.
- • You will be responsible for building and nurturing collaborative working relationships with a broad spectrum of stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on project goals and technical requirements. - • A core aspect of this role involves meticulous project management. You will be expected to demonstrate high attention to detail, manage tasks under strict deadlines, and consistently produce key deliverables that meet TransUnion's high standards of quality and accuracy.
- • Independently leading the execution of business plans and key initiatives will be a significant part of your responsibilities. This includes taking ownership of strategic projects from conception to completion, driving them forward with autonomy and a clear vision.
- • You will serve as a subject matter expert and a vital technical data liaison, bridging the gap between client needs and our internal technical capabilities. This involves translating complex business requirements into actionable data strategies and solutions.
- • Managing custom database curation and the creation of data stacks in collaboration with your team is another key function. You will guide the development and implementation of robust data infrastructures tailored to specific client needs.
- • Driving efficiencies in technical data processing is paramount. You will identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization to enhance the speed and accuracy of data handling.
- • A significant part of your role will involve supervising a team responsible for gathering business and technical requirements. This includes creating detailed data specifications and acquiring and assessing client data from multiple, often disparate, sources.
- • You will oversee your team’s technical discussions with client data owners and media agency partners to identify and leverage various data sources and understand their underlying systems.
- • Proactively identifying risks throughout the project lifecycle will be essential. You will be expected to make informed recommendations to improve data acquisition practices, enhance automated data pipelines, refine data validation methods, and optimize other related data tasks.
- • Training both internal teams and external stakeholders on best practices, new methodologies, and system functionalities will be a key responsibility. Maintaining and disseminating these best practices will ensure consistent quality and knowledge sharing across the organization.
- • Your technical acumen will be applied to data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Python, as well as machine learning concepts and advanced mathematical models. You will be involved in developing ETL maps for client deliverables, encompassing collection, mapping, programming, analysis, and validation.
- • Expertise in data management, large-scale data infrastructures, data acquisition, automation, and validation will be critical. You will champion data quality best practices and leverage your knowledge of cloud platforms and web APIs to build scalable data solutions.
- • A deep understanding of data governance principles and their practical application is required. You will ensure that data is managed, secured, and utilized in compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- • Familiarity with digital marketing ecosystems, including intelligence-related data platforms (macroeconomic, social sentiment, ad servers, media measurement and performance), will be essential for understanding client contexts and providing relevant solutions.
- • You will be involved in data integration, analytics, and marketing technology, ensuring that our solutions are at the forefront of industry innovation.
- • Proficiency in Oracle and advanced Excel skills are also expected to support data manipulation and analysis tasks.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive experience in data integration solutions, or as an Analyst, Consultant, or Developer.
- • Proven experience with data ecosystems, leading high-level technical discussions, architecting scalable data solutions, and driving cross-functional collaboration across consulting, data science, and product teams.
- • Exceptional project leadership experience with a strong understanding of operational risk management.
- • Demonstrated experience in data acquisition, automation, and validation, with a focus on ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
- • Proven ability to independently execute complex business initiatives, manage high-stakes client relationships, and deliver transformative outcomes with precision and authority.
- • Expertise in data integration, analytics, marketing technology, cloud platforms, ETL processes, APIs, data governance, and digital marketing ecosystems, including intelligence-related data platforms.
- • Proven experience managing large-scale data infrastructures and exceptional people leadership skills, including the ability to mentor and inspire teams while fostering a culture of excellence, agility, and continuous improvement.
