- • Own the full commercial relationship for Mastercard’s portfolio in Tajikistan, translating global innovation into locally relevant solutions that accelerate the country’s shift to digital payments and financial inclusion.
- • Deliver against ambitious sales and net-revenue targets by designing data-driven account strategies, compelling value propositions and differentiated proposals for banks, fintechs, merchants, processors and government partners.
- • Conduct deep-dive profitability modelling, financial forecasting and competitive analysis to uncover untapped revenue pools, reduce customer acquisition cost and increase share-of-wallet across credit, debit, prepaid, commercial and acceptance products.
- • Co-create annual business plans with each customer, embedding Mastercard’s latest tokenisation, open-banking, loyalty and cyber-intelligence capabilities; track KPIs quarterly and pivot tactics to stay ahead of market shifts and regulatory changes.
- • Lead end-to-end sales planning that spans business development, joint marketing campaigns, product management road-maps and pricing negotiations; ensure every initiative ladders up to Mastercard’s global ESG and financial-access goals.
- • Orchestrate cross-functional squads—product, marketing, technology, legal, compliance, risk and operations—to launch pilots, scale programmes and deliver seamless customer experiences from POS to e-commerce to transit and government disbursements.
- • Negotiate and execute customer agreements, balancing growth, profitability and risk; manage contracting timelines, pricing approvals and legal reviews while safeguarding Mastercard’s brand and regulatory standing.
- • Identify emerging customer pain-points and recommend new products or platform enhancements that boost customer profitability, reduce fraud and improve consumer satisfaction; feed insights into global product teams to influence future road-maps.
- • Act as the trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, presenting quarterly business reviews, thought-leadership sessions and co-innovation workshops that position Mastercard as the strategic payments partner of choice in Tajikistan.
- • Champion Mastercard’s security-first culture by ensuring every customer engagement complies with corporate security policies, data-privacy regulations and mandatory training requirements; escalate any suspected breach immediately.
- • Contribute to Mastercard’s broader Central Asia growth agenda by sharing best practices, mentoring junior team members and participating in regional leadership forums that shape go-to-market priorities and investment decisions.
- • Stay ahead of fintech disruption, regulatory evolution and consumer behaviour shifts in Tajikistan and the wider CIS region; translate insights into proactive account plans that future-proof customer revenues and deepen market penetration.
