- • As a Manager, BizOps & Analytics at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will serve as a force multiplier and accelerant to the business by driving data-informed decision-making across product, growth, tech, and operations. You will be embedded in one of Jerry’s core business areas — Growth Marketing, Product Development, AI & Automation, or Strategic Partnerships — where you will own the analytical function end-to-end, from defining the right problems to driving outcomes that impact key business metrics.
- • Your day-to-day will involve surfacing analytical insights, building reports, running analyses, designing experiments, and translating data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders in product, growth, finance, or operations. You will push back on flawed questions, define meaningful metrics, and ensure that every analysis leads to tangible business impact, all while avoiding corporate fluff and unnecessary meetings.
- • You will join a team of 14 former McKinsey, BCG, and Bain consultants who are analytical powerhouses and first principles problem solvers. The BizOps & Analytics team owns critical domains with full accountability, operates with high autonomy, and focuses exclusively on work that materially changes the trajectory of the business — such as launching new growth channels, improving key metrics, or securing strategic partnerships.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in scaling a high-growth tech company, sharpen your ability to influence leadership through clear and persuasive communication, and gain end-to-end ownership of ambiguous problems — from hypothesis to execution — while contributing to Jerry’s mission of scaling from 5M to 50M customers and becoming a $10B business in the next four years.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
- • Strong analytical skills; ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently
- • Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact
- • Clear, persuasive communicator who can influence decisions at the leadership level
- • Comfortable with Excel, SQL, or Python for analysis
- • First principles thinker who breaks ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses before touching data
