- • As a Manager, BizOps & Analytics at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will serve as a force multiplier and accelerant to the business by driving data-informed decision-making across product, growth, tech, and operations, helping the company scale from 5M to 50M customers and become a $10B business within four years.
- • You will be embedded in one of Jerry’s core business areas — Growth Marketing, Product Development, AI & Automation, or Strategic Partnerships — where you will own the analytical function end-to-end, including defining the right business problems, building metrics and reports, running analyses, designing experiments, and driving outcomes through direct collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- • You will join a team of former McKinsey, BCG, and Bain consultants who prioritize impact over process, operating in a no-slide, no-fluff environment where work is judged by its material effect on business trajectory, and where ownership, execution, and first-principles thinking are valued above all.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in scaling high-growth tech businesses, sharpen your ability to translate ambiguous problems into actionable insights, and gain end-to-end ownership of strategic initiatives that directly influence company-wide OKRs and long-term vision.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- • Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data using tools like SQL, Python, or Excel.
- • Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable business impact.
- • Clear, persuasive communicator capable of influencing leadership-level decisions through precise writing and speaking.
- • First-principles thinker who questions assumptions before analyzing data and drives solutions rooted in root-cause analysis.
