- • As a Manager, BizOps & Analytics at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will serve as a force multiplier and accelerant to the business by driving data-informed decision-making across product, growth, tech, and operations. You will be embedded in one of Jerry’s core business areas — Growth Marketing, Product Development, AI & Automation, or Strategic Partnerships — where you will own the analytical function end-to-end to help scale from 5M to 50M customers and become a $10B business in the next four years.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include defining the right business problems before analysis, pulling and interpreting data using SQL, Python, and Metabase, building reports and dashboards, designing experiments, surfacing insights that move key metrics, and driving outcomes by influencing stakeholders in product, growth, finance, or operations with clear, persuasive recommendations.
- • You will join a team of former McKinsey, BCG, and Bain consultants who prioritize impact over process — no slides, no corporate fluff, and no unnecessary meetings. The BizOps & Analytics team owns critical domains, operates with high autonomy, and focuses exclusively on work that materially changes the business trajectory.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in first-principles problem solving, stakeholder influence, and end-to-end ownership of analytical initiatives. You will grow your ability to translate ambiguous business questions into data-driven actions and see them through execution, all while working with a high-performing, egoless team committed to solving real-world problems at scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
- • Strong analytical skills with ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently using SQL, Python, or Excel
- • Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact
- • Clear, persuasive communicator capable of influencing decisions at the leadership level
- • First principles thinker who defines the right problem before analyzing data
- • Owner mindset: acts with accountability and takes initiative beyond formal responsibilities
