- • As Manager, Business Development at Rillet Technologies Inc., you will build and lead the company’s outbound sales engine from the ground up, playing a pivotal role in shaping how Rillet introduces its AI-native ERP platform to fast-growing finance teams. This role is critical to establishing predictable, high-quality pipeline in a high-growth, AI-driven market where speed, precision, and innovation are paramount.
- • You will hire, onboard, and ramp a high-performing onsite BDR team in New York City, define the outbound narrative and persona-specific messaging, and implement data-driven systems for tracking activity, conversion, and pipeline attribution. Your day-to-day includes running daily coaching rhythms such as call reviews and skill workshops, partnering with AEs on territory planning, collaborating with RevOps on reporting infrastructure, and working with Marketing to activate intent signals and campaigns.
- • Rillet is an AI-native ERP backed by $100M from top-tier investors including Sequoia and a16z, serving accounting and finance teams with tools that enable zero-day close through unified data models, deep integrations, and specialized AI agents. - • In this role, you will develop leadership and strategic expertise in outbound sales motion design, team building, and GTM execution within a high-impact, fast-scaling environment.
