📋 Description

• • As the Manager of Business Intelligence, you will lead a team of Data Analysts responsible for delivering dashboards and actionable insights to operational departments such as Account Servicing, Finance, and Legal, directly impacting business performance and decision-making.
• • You will manage and grow the BI team, partner with cross-functional leaders to define KPIs, oversee project management for BI initiatives, and collaborate with Analytics Engineering to build scalable data models using Snowflake and dbt.
