- • Own and evolve product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for an AI-powered SaaS platform, ensuring clear differentiation in the market
- • Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategies for major product launches, feature releases, and AI enhancements, from planning to execution
- • Write and deliver high-impact marketing content including website copy, product narratives, launch assets, sales decks, and enablement materials tailored to B2B audiences
- • Translate complex AI concepts—such as automation, machine learning outputs, and data-driven insights—into simple, compelling, customer-focused messaging that drives adoption
- • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to align product roadmap priorities with market needs and customer feedback
- • Enable Sales and Customer Success teams with clear, use-case-driven AI narratives, competitive positioning, and sales enablement tools
- • Conduct market, customer, and competitive research focused on SaaS and AI-driven competitors to inform product marketing strategy and messaging
- • Operate as both a strategic owner and hands-on executor in a fast-paced, remote environment with minimal oversight
- • Collaborate using remote collaboration tools including Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, and Notion to coordinate cross-functional initiatives across US time zones (EST–PST)
- • Record and submit a video application as a mandatory first step in the hiring process; failure to do so disqualifies the application
- • Ensure all marketing materials reflect a deep, practical understanding of how AI features are built, delivered, and valued by end users—not just surface-level familiarity
- • Support Product-led, Sales-led, or hybrid GTM motions in a B2B SaaS context with a focus on scaling adoption through targeted messaging
- • Utilize analytics, experimentation, and AI-assisted productivity tools such as Google Analytics and ChatGPT to optimize messaging and measure impact
- • Maintain alignment between product capabilities and customer pain points by continuously refining messaging based on real-world usage and feedback
- • Represent the product voice across all customer-facing channels, ensuring consistency and clarity in how AI capabilities are communicated
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in Product Marketing within a SaaS environment
- • Strong understanding of AI-powered products, including how AI features are built, positioned, and delivered to end users
- • Demonstrated ability to operate as both a strategic owner and hands-on executor in a fast-paced environment
- • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- • Prior remote work experience is non-negotiable: candidates must be fluent with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar) and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies
