- • Assist in planning and executing AI-enhanced email marketing campaigns across multiple DTC e-commerce brands using Klaviyo.
- • Set up and optimize automated workflows, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to increase engagement and conversion rates.
- • Implement AI tools for copy generation, predictive audience targeting, and campaign performance optimization in collaboration with senior team members.
- • Manage and maintain email lists with precision to ensure accurate targeting and high list health.
- • Support reporting and analysis of key email marketing metrics including open rates, click-through rates, and revenue attribution to identify optimization opportunities.
- • Maintain the email marketing calendar to ensure timely delivery of campaigns aligned with brand goals and promotional schedules.
- • Design and build responsive email templates and campaign layouts adhering strictly to brand visual guidelines.
- • Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure cohesive, high-quality campaign output across all email communications.
- • Leverage Klaviyo’s full functionality including dynamic content, behavioral triggers, and customer journey mapping to enhance personalization.
- • Apply data-driven decision-making to refine email strategies based on performance insights and customer behavior patterns.
- • Stay current with emerging AI tools in marketing and integrate them into existing workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
- • Ensure all email communications are compliant with data privacy standards and brand voice standards.
- • Proactively communicate progress, challenges, and ideas to the marketing team to support continuous improvement.
- • Maintain organized documentation of campaign structures, automation logic, and template versions for team-wide accessibility.
- • Contribute to the development of best practices for email marketing within the company’s multi-brand ecosystem.
🎯 Requirements
- • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, including automation, segmentation, and campaign building
- • Mandatory experience with AI tools used in marketing (e.g., for copywriting, predictive analytics, or personalization)
- • Experience designing email templates and campaign layouts
- • Demonstrated experience in e-commerce or digital marketing environments
- • Strong written communication skills with an eye for persuasive, brand-aligned copy
