- • Own and exceed revenue targets for a portfolio of the largest advertisers and agency partners in the Entertainment & Sports verticals, acting as the single-threaded owner for every rupee of digital ad spend entrusted to JioStar.
- • Position JioStar as the premium, must-buy destination for digital investments by translating complex market dynamics, audience insights and inventory capabilities into clear, compelling business cases that unlock incremental budgets.
- • Serve as JioStar’s market ambassador—living and breathing India’s rapidly evolving digital ecosystem—so that every client conversation is anchored in real-time knowledge of consumer behaviour, platform innovations and competitive shifts.
- • Build and maintain a rigorously qualified sales pipeline; forecast with surgical accuracy, flag risks early and uphold world-class standards in CRM hygiene, deal governance and revenue recognition.
- • Orchestrate end-to-end stakeholder management with minimal supervision: from C-suite brand marketers and national media agency leads to internal pricing, product, ad-ops and finance teams—ensuring every promise made in the pitch is flawlessly delivered.
- • Act as a strategic brand-solutions advisor, moving beyond spot-buy discussions to architect annual joint-business plans, co-created content franchises, data-driven sponsorships and always-on performance layers that compound growth for both client and JioStar.
- • Deepen client intimacy through quarterly business reviews, immersive case-study workshops, joint press releases and thought-leadership interviews that cement JioStar’s reputation as an indispensable growth partner.
- • Drive monthly run-rate discipline—balancing blockbuster tent-pole events with evergreen inventory—to smooth revenue curves and deliver predictable, compounding growth.
- • Collaborate daily with cross-functional ad-revenue squads (planning, creative, data science, product) to translate advertiser objectives into breakthrough campaigns that set new benchmarks for viewability, completion rates and brand-lift.
- • Leverage first-party data, A/B creative testing and outcome-based measurement to continuously optimise live campaigns, then package learnings into story-backed insights that fuel the next upsell conversation.
- • Champion JioStar’s culture of inclusion and innovation—mentoring junior reps, sharing tribal knowledge and ensuring every client touchpoint reflects the company’s commitment to diversity and equal opportunity.
- • Stay ahead of regulatory, privacy and tech shifts (cookie deprecation, CTV surge, shoppable video) so that your clients are never blindsided and always first-to-market with breakthrough activations.
