- • Lead end-to-end technical customer journeys for enterprise clients, from discovery and solution design through proof-of-value (POV) execution and transition to production
- • Conduct technical discovery sessions with enterprise customers to translate business objectives—such as AI readiness, governance, compliance, cost reduction, and risk mitigation—into scalable technical architectures
- • Deliver live demonstrations, technical deep dives, and executive-level presentations tailored to diverse audiences including technical teams, IT leaders, and C-suite stakeholders
- • Design and document deployment architectures across on-prem, cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), and hybrid environments, clearly outlining trade-offs, phased rollout strategies, and scalability considerations
- • Own and execute end-to-end proof-of-value engagements, including installation, configuration, integration, validation, and measurement of business outcomes such as throughput, accuracy, and operational efficiency
- • Troubleshoot deployment and performance issues related to unstructured data platforms, AI workflows, and infrastructure integrations, ensuring measurable technical and business impact
- • Drive the transition from POV to production by creating comprehensive documentation, conducting knowledge transfer sessions, and planning for expansion and adoption
- • Serve as the technical voice of the customer, collecting and structuring feedback on product gaps, usability issues, and feature requests to inform Product and Engineering roadmaps
- • Partner closely with Sales teams to align technical solutions with commercial objectives and support pipeline progression
- • Work directly within customer environments to deploy, validate, and optimize AI data platforms handling unstructured data at scale, including file systems, storage platforms, and governance models
- • Maintain fluency in remote collaboration tools including Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Asana to support distributed teams and global customer engagements
- • Ensure all customer interactions adhere to strict compliance and security standards, particularly around access controls, identity management, and data governance frameworks
- • Adapt communication style to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders across time zones in US EST–PST
- • Maintain awareness of evolving AI workflows, data preparation techniques, and regulatory requirements impacting unstructured data platforms
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Systems Engineer) within Tech, SaaS, or AI environments
- • Strong experience with enterprise infrastructure across on-prem and cloud/hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- • Solid foundation in networking and security fundamentals, including routing, firewalls, access controls, and IAM concepts
- • Experience working with unstructured data environments (file systems, storage platforms, access models, governance considerations)
- • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical teams and executive-level stakeholders
- • Working knowledge of AI concepts and practical familiarity with AI workflows, data preparation, and governance considerations
- • Non-negotiable: Prior remote work experience and fluency with remote collaboration tools/platforms (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar); candidates must have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies
