📋 Description
- • Lead the design and delivery of dashboards, reporting tools, data pipelines, and self-service analytics solutions across Data & Analytics lines of business
- • Plan, prioritize, and manage team initiatives to deliver scalable, technology-driven reporting and analytics solutions
- • Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with business and technical partners to translate data into actionable insights
- • Advise stakeholders through strategic and technical analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- • Ensure reporting standards, governance, and best practices align with enterprise strategy
- • Build strong cross-functional relationships to drive efficiency and focus on high-impact initiatives
- • Partner with channel leaders to define, refine, and prioritize reporting, data, and CRM requirements
- • Manage a team of Salesforce.com certified administrators
- • Oversee day-to-day operations of the BI and reporting function & team
- • Address complex business challenges through multi-source data analysis and market insights
- • Accountable for delivering initiatives aligned to enterprise priorities, timelines, and quality standards
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- • 5–7 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or reporting
- • 3–5 years of experience leading or managing teams
- • Proven experience delivering complex reporting and analytics initiatives
- • Salesforce certification preferred
- • Project Management experience desired, related certification a plus
- • Experience in the real estate or title industry a plus
