📋 Description
- • As the Manager, Campaign Operations at Covey Technologies, Inc., you will be instrumental in leading a dedicated team of five Campaign Operations Associates. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the meticulous building, rigorous quality assurance, and timely launch of hundreds of high-quality CRM campaigns annually. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our marketing communications effectively reach and resonate with our target audiences, globally.
- • You will forge a strong partnership with the Consumer Lifecycle team, acting as a crucial liaison to guarantee that each campaign is adequately staffed, has successfully completed all prerequisite steps before deployment, and is delivered to the end-consumer with exceptional quality and craft. Your leadership will directly impact the team's success in meeting its high-quality campaign delivery rate goals.
- • A key aspect of your role will involve collaborating closely with Martech, Product, and Analytics teams. Together, you will identify and implement opportunities to enhance our Campaign Operations processes and tools, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across the board. This cross-functional collaboration is essential for staying at the forefront of marketing technology and strategy.
- • You will be responsible for owning and driving the high-quality campaign delivery rate goal and production efficiency for your designated audience. This includes proactively identifying new processes, developing talent within your team, and advocating for the necessary tools to elevate the quality, craft, and production efficiency of campaigns on a quarterly basis.
- • A significant focus of this position will be on enhancing operational efficiency. You will be tasked with developing and championing the adoption of AI-enabled workflows, innovative processes, and best practices. The goal is to ensure that all campaigns are launched with impeccable quality and minimal errors, thereby optimizing resource utilization and campaign effectiveness.
- • As the primary point of contact for Campaign Operations within your line of business, you will excel in stakeholder management. This involves ensuring seamless alignment between campaign operations activities and overarching company goals and priorities, fostering strong working relationships, and effectively communicating progress and challenges.
- • You will leverage your expertise with AI, Braze, and in-house marketing platforms to implement sophisticated and impactful campaigns. This includes orchestrating complex automations, personalizing dynamic content, and designing effective A/B testing strategies to maximize campaign performance and user engagement.
- • Your leadership will extend to managing and developing your team of Campaign Operations Associates. 🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in Retention Marketing, Marketing Operations, Martech, or Lifecycle Marketing, with at least 2 years of experience leading a team of 3 or more direct reports. Experience leading a Marketing Operations team is strongly preferred.
- • Hands-on experience with Braze or a similar enterprise-level ESP (Email Service Provider) is required. Demonstrated ability to apply AI tools to improve operational efficiency or campaign quality is essential.
- • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- • Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
- • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and analytics to inform strategic decisions, build business cases for investment, and optimize campaign development and quality.
- • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
