📋 Description
- • As a Manager, Client Partner at Tinuiti, you will be instrumental in driving client success and fostering strong, long-term relationships within a dynamic, full-funnel marketing agency. This role offers the unique opportunity to either lead end-to-end client delivery for small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) or to expertly manage a critical workstream or segment within a larger, more complex client account. You will be empowered to translate ambitious client goals into actionable, clear plans and meticulously monitor performance against these objectives.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless day-to-day client delivery, acting as the key point of contact and trusted advisor. This involves developing a deep understanding of each client's immediate business objectives, their target audience, and any specific constraints they may be operating under. You will be expected to expand stakeholder mapping beyond the primary contact, identifying and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across the client organization.
- • A core aspect of this role is the ownership of executional planning and foundational strategic tasks. While guidance from Directors will be provided for high-level positioning and strategic trade-offs, you will be responsible for tasks such as interrogating client briefs, conducting competitor scans, and developing initial strategic frameworks. This hands-on approach ensures a thorough understanding of the client's landscape and allows for proactive identification of opportunities and challenges.
- • Rigorous performance monitoring is paramount. You will be tasked with tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) closely, drafting clear and concise "what / so-what / now-what" analyses to articulate performance insights, and ensuring absolute transparency in all reporting. Early escalation of risks and potential issues to senior leadership is crucial for timely intervention and mitigation.
- • You will also play a vital role in resource management, aligning staffing and hours to the defined scope of your assigned clients. Furthermore, you will be vigilant in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, surfacing these signals to the most senior client relationship owners to foster account growth.
- • In new business pursuits, you will contribute as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), particularly for SMB pitches or as part of larger pitch teams, providing insights on specific channels or workstreams. This involves articulating Tinuiti's capabilities and tailoring solutions to prospective clients' needs.
- • Leveraging Tinuiti's proprietary product suite is essential. You will utilize these tools for reporting, quality assurance (QA), and crafting compelling client narratives within your scope. A thorough understanding of core features and data limitations relevant to your workstream or client set is expected.
- • You will apply these tools to optimize campaigns and communications, meticulously documenting any bugs or data issues and executing established QA playbooks to ensure data integrity and campaign effectiveness.
- • Proactively troubleshooting issues and providing structured, actionable feedback to the Product team via your Pod Leader is a key responsibility. You will also champion the adoption and effective use of the product suite within your team and across client engagements.
- • A strong data and measurement-driven approach is fundamental. You will be responsible for pulling, reconciling, and QA-ing data across various platforms for your scope. Identifying data anomalies and engaging with the Analytics and Econometrics teams for advanced methods like Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) or incrementality testing when necessary is expected.
- • You will craft concise data stories, translating complex data into clear "what / so-what / now-what" recommendations, and co-presenting these findings to clients, often with Director sponsorship. A solid understanding of core platform data structures and measurement frameworks is required, along with knowing the appropriate escalation paths for advanced analytics support.
- • Demonstrating strong depth in a primary domain while cultivating growing cross-channel literacy is key. You should be able to articulate how different channels are measured and how they contribute to the overall marketing mix for your clients.
- • Applying basic inventory and economic model thinking to your assigned channels will inform trade-offs and strategic recommendations. You will be adept at communicating the synergy of "product + measurement + channel" in client-ready language, ensuring alignment with Tinuiti's established ways of working in all briefs, plans, and reviews.
- • Embracing an owner's mindset, you will take accountability for outcomes within your scope, conduct after-action reviews, share learnings, and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Building strong internal relationships and collaborating effectively across channel and product teams is crucial, as is thoughtfully flagging cross-sell ideas to leadership.
- • As a People Leader, you will effectively manage a high-performing team, setting clear goals, expectations, and providing regular coaching. Conducting effective one-on-one meetings, delivering constructive feedback, and performing quality reviews are essential. You will hold your team accountable to Tinuiti's values and performance standards.
- • You will focus on building early leadership bench strength within your team by delegating challenging assignments, facilitating mentorship, and recognizing achievements. Supporting change communications and driving adoption of new processes and standards will be part of your role.
- • You will drive a product-led mindset within your Pod, ensuring adherence to established processes and standards among your team members.
