📋 Description

• As the Manager of Corporate IT at Dialpad, you will lead global IT infrastructure, services, and corporate security efforts, aligning technology strategy with business objectives while ensuring compliance and minimizing operational risk across 11 global offices and a distributed remote workforce.
• Day to day, you will lead and mentor a team of six IT specialists, oversee global IT service desk operations, manage infrastructure including networking, servers (on-prem and cloud), telecommunications, and end-user computing, own major IT projects from initiation to deployment, develop and execute the long-term technology roadmap, partner with Security on threat detection and incident response, ensure compliance with standards like ISO, SOC 2, and GDPR, manage vendor relationships, and handle budget planning and tracking for Corporate IT and Security Services.

• In this role, you will develop leadership and strategic planning skills by managing a global technical team, deepen expertise in enterprise security frameworks and cloud infrastructure (including IAM, MDM, and SaaS platforms), gain experience in compliance and risk management for multinational operations, and contribute to cutting-edge AI-driven initiatives that shape the future of business communications.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10 years of progressive experience in Information Technology, Infrastructure Management, or Corporate IT Security, with demonstrated experience managing scalable IT infrastructure and security programs within a SaaS company highly preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience successfully managing and leading a technical team, preferably in a global environment.
• Proven experience in implementing and governing cloud-based identity and access management (IAM/IdP) systems such as Okta, Google Workspace, SSO, SAML, and SCIM across enterprise environments.
• Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems including Jamf, Kandji, or Microsoft Intune.
• Administration of core enterprise SaaS platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Atlassian), including provisioning automations and integration workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.
