  • • As a Manager, Customer Success at Pearl Health, you will be instrumental in guiding primary care providers through the complex transition to value-based care. This role is pivotal in ensuring our clients achieve success by equipping them with the necessary relationships, cutting-edge tools, and strategic insights to enhance patient outcomes. Your dedication to fostering strong relationships and driving performance will directly empower physicians, contribute to a more sustainable healthcare system, and be at the forefront of our vital mission to revolutionize healthcare.
  • • In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for the post-sale success and overall satisfaction of a dedicated portfolio of primary care provider accounts within our digital-first segment. You will act as a strategic partner from the initial implementation phase all the way through to contract renewal. Your primary objective will be to ensure that customers gain a deep understanding of value-based care programs, become proficient in utilizing our technology platform, and are strategically positioned for sustained long-term performance. Recognizing the significant size of the portfolio, we are specifically seeking candidates who possess experience in low-touch customer engagement models and who can bring a strong focus on scalable growth strategies and the automation of key processes to enhance efficiency and reach.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include owning a substantial portfolio of approximately 115 accounts. This ownership involves facilitating a seamless onboarding experience for new clients, actively driving product adoption to ensure maximum value realization, and serving as the primary, trusted point of contact for all their needs and inquiries. You will take the lead in critical customer engagements, such as conducting comprehensive quarterly business reviews and facilitating insightful workshops. These interactions are designed to establish clear, measurable objectives and to effectively demonstrate the tangible value that Pearl Health delivers to their practice.
  • • You will be tasked with developing and implementing innovative, scaled engagement methods. These methods will be crucial for effectively engaging end-users through targeted campaigns, informative newsletters, and proactive, timely touchpoints designed to maintain high levels of satisfaction and engagement. A key aspect of your role will involve driving the successful integration of our advanced technology tools into the daily workflows of our customers. This will be achieved through comprehensive education initiatives and dedicated practice transformation support, ensuring that the technology becomes an indispensable asset to their operations.
  • • Furthermore, you will meticulously analyze performance data to identify key cost drivers and collaborate closely with our provider partners. This collaboration will focus on developing and implementing optimal strategies for patient referrals and effective care management, directly impacting their financial and clinical performance. You will also work hand-in-hand with our internal Practice Transformation, Data Science, and ACO Operations teams. This cross-functional collaboration is essential for delivering actionable insights that optimize provider performance and contribute to their overall success within value-based care models.
  • • To ensure continued growth and client retention, you will partner closely with our CS Operations and Growth teams. Your efforts will be focused on securing contract renewals and identifying opportunities for account expansion, thereby contributing directly to the company's revenue growth. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Customer Marketing team to develop compelling, data-backed narratives. These narratives will be crucial for effectively communicating important business updates and reinforcing Pearl Health's unique value proposition to our client base.
  • • Pearl Health is a forward-thinking company founded in 2020, dedicated to empowering primary care providers, health systems, and physician-led networks to thrive in the evolving landscape of value-based care. Our sophisticated platform provides the essential technology, robust financial tools, and expert services that enable practices to deliver more proactive, effective, and patient-centered care, particularly for their Medicare patients. By doing so, we aim to significantly lower healthcare costs and demonstrably improve health outcomes across the nation. We are proud to be backed by premier investors such as Andreessen Horowitz, Viking Global Investors, and AlleyCorp, and we currently partner with thousands of providers across 44 states, collectively working towards building a more sustainable and equitable future for American healthcare.
  • • In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to deepen your expertise in value-based care models, hone your skills in strategic account management within a high-growth tech environment, and develop advanced capabilities in scalable customer engagement and process automation. You will gain invaluable experience in cross-functional collaboration, working with data science, operations, and marketing teams to drive client success. This position offers a significant platform to make a tangible impact on the healthcare industry by directly contributing to the success of primary care providers and improving patient care nationwide. You will also have the chance to leverage AI technologies to enhance efficiency, a skill increasingly vital in today's business landscape.
