- • As the Manager, Customer Success for the EMEA region at AgileBits Inc., you will be instrumental in leading and developing a high-performing Customer Success team dedicated to empowering our clients in the security and SaaS sectors. Your primary focus will be on nurturing long-term, trusted relationships with customers, acting as a strategic advisor to help them achieve their business objectives and maximize their return on investment with 1Password.
- • You will be responsible for guiding your team to drive customer adoption, ensure revenue retention, and identify opportunities for growth within the EMEA market. This role demands a proactive and adaptable leader who can navigate a fast-paced, dynamic environment, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- • A key aspect of your role will involve coaching and mentoring your direct reports, providing them with the guidance and support needed to achieve both individual and collective goals. Through regular one-on-one meetings and performance discussions, you will help your team members develop their skills, advance their careers within 1Password, and consistently meet or exceed their monthly and quarterly targets.
- • You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Customer Success team, including setting clear goals, allocating tasks effectively based on individual strengths, and managing performance to ensure high standards of work are maintained. This includes ensuring that all team activities align with broader departmental and organizational objectives, contributing significantly to the overall success of the Customer Success department.
- • A critical responsibility will be to champion process improvement initiatives. You will identify opportunities to enhance team efficiency, scalability, and the overall customer experience by implementing new processes or refining existing ones. Your ability to advocate for innovative solutions will be crucial in evolving the team to effectively manage a growing book of business and adapt to the evolving needs of our customers.
- • You will continuously monitor and analyze team performance, utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Customer Net Promoter Score (NPS), churn rate, retention metrics, new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), product adoption and engagement, and successful risk resolution. This data-driven approach will enable you to identify areas for proactive engagement, address challenges swiftly, and report on team progress towards targets.
- • Leading collaborative team meetings will be essential to foster alignment, encourage knowledge sharing, and maintain a cohesive team spirit. You will also play a vital role in talent development, focusing on retaining and motivating your team, as well as actively recruiting and onboarding new members to continuously elevate the team's capabilities.
- • The role requires a deep understanding of customer success principles within the SaaS and security industries, with a proven track record of managing diverse customer portfolios. You will leverage your expertise to drive customer value, mitigate risks, and ensure long-term customer loyalty.
- • Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Engineering, will be paramount. You will work closely with these departments to align on goals, share customer insights, and develop integrated solutions that benefit both our customers and 1Password.
- • As a strategic leader, you will be expected to manage internal projects, resolve complex customer escalations, and effectively balance the needs of your team, customers, and the company. Your ability to prioritize and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success.
