  • • As the Manager, Customer Success at Modernizing Medicine (ModMed), you will be instrumental in leading a dedicated team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to ensure our clients achieve maximum value from our AI-powered clinical documentation solution, ModMed Scribe.
  • • Your primary focus will be on driving customer adoption, proactively mitigating churn risks, and identifying opportunities for growth and upsell, all while upholding the highest standards of customer experience.
  • • This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with senior leadership, contributing to the strategic planning and execution of initiatives designed to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) for our diverse customer base within the dynamic Healthcare IT sector.
  • • You will be empowered to design and implement innovative strategies that enhance the entire customer success journey, from initial onboarding to ongoing engagement and long-term retention.
  • • A core responsibility will be to drive tangible customer outcomes, directly impacting crucial business metrics such as reducing churn, increasing recurring revenue, and optimizing the overall customer experience.
  • • You will foster a collaborative environment, working cross-functionally with various teams and departments across the organization to identify and implement process efficiencies, ensuring a seamless experience for both our customers and internal teams.
  • • You will be responsible for meticulously managing KPIs, tracking critical milestones, and setting long-term goals that align with and support the overarching company objectives for revenue, growth, and customer retention.
  • • A key aspect of your role will involve accurately forecasting customer health, identifying at-risk accounts, and developing proactive intervention strategies to safeguard customer relationships.
  • • You will serve as a mentor and coach to your team members, guiding them to achieve daily success, supporting their career development aspirations, and accelerating their time to proficiency in their roles.
  • • You will partner with Operational teams to strategically plan, effectively staff, and accurately budget resources for the Customer Success department, ensuring optimal team performance and scalability.
  • • You will champion and instill a strong culture of customer-centricity throughout Modernizing Medicine, ensuring that the customer's voice is heard and valued across all functions.
  • • You will actively collaborate and build partnerships across the organization, acting as a key representative of customer needs and advocating for improvements to the customer journey.
  • • You will work closely with client-facing teams to identify potential risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
  • • This role requires a leader who can inspire a team, drive accountability, and foster an environment where customer success is paramount.
  • • You will contribute to the evolution of our onboarding and training programs, ensuring they are robust, effective, and continuously updated to develop staff competencies and enhance customer outcomes.
  • • The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SaaS business models and the key value drivers within recurring revenue environments, enabling them to effectively communicate the value proposition of ModMed Scribe.
  • • You will leverage data and insights to inform strategies, measure success, and continuously improve the customer experience.
  • • This position is critical in ensuring that ModMed continues to modernize medicine by delivering exceptional support and driving value for our healthcare clients, ultimately improving patient outcomes and practice efficiency.
