Manager, Data Architecture Governance

📋 Description

• • As Manager, Data Architecture & Governance at Yorkville University, you will lead the development and evolution of the organization’s data governance program, establishing structure and consistency in how data is defined, managed, and used across the enterprise.
• • You will assess the current data landscape, design and lead maturity assessments using frameworks like DAMA-DMBOK and CMMI, develop a prioritized governance roadmap, and implement frameworks, standards, and policies to ensure data quality, integrity, security, and compliance.
• • You will partner with IT, business leaders, data owners, Legal, Privacy, and Information Security teams to embed governance into daily operations, champion data literacy through training and communication, and support the evaluation and implementation of modern tools such as Microsoft Fabric and Microsoft Purview.
