- • Lead strategic account growth by owning and driving a portfolio strategy focused on retention, expansion, and long-term customer value, aligning account plans with broader business objectives to maximize revenue and lifetime customer value.
- • Drive proactive business development through targeted outbound strategies, cross-functional initiatives, and partner relationships to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within key accounts and expand Pebl’s footprint in existing customer organizations.
- • Own and deliver accurate forecasting for pipeline, renewals, and expansion revenue, maintaining accountability for meeting and exceeding revenue targets while using data-driven insights to proactively manage risks and uncover new opportunities.
- • Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing sales or account management team by setting clear performance expectations, fostering accountability, and supporting ongoing professional growth and career development through regular feedback and individualized development plans.
- • Partner closely with Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to align on scalable account strategies, operational execution, and measurable business impact across global markets.
- • Influence company strategy by surface actionable client insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform product positioning, sales enablement, and broader business direction.
- • Build and sustain executive-level relationships with key clients to guide them toward ambitious global expansion strategies, positioning Pebl as a trusted advisor in international hiring and compliance.
- • Maintain a deep understanding of Pebl’s AI-powered Global Work Platform™ and its ability to help companies hire, pay, and manage employees in 185+ countries, translating technical capabilities into compelling business outcomes for customers.
- • Travel approximately 20% of the time to strengthen client relationships, attend industry events, and support team development through in-person engagement across the United States.
- • Operate remotely within the United States while collaborating across global time zones, demonstrating cultural awareness and adaptability in managing international customer needs and internal cross-regional stakeholders.
- • Deliver consistent quota attainment and exceed revenue targets through a consultative, strategic selling approach that diagnoses customer needs before prescribing solutions, with a focus on long-term value creation over transactional sales.
- • Champion Pebl’s core values in daily operations, ensuring team alignment with company mission to remove risk, red tape, and guesswork from global growth while driving innovation and impact.
- • Utilize internal data systems and sales tools to track performance metrics, monitor pipeline health, and report on team and individual progress to senior leadership with clarity and precision.
- • Contribute to the evolution of the sales motion by sharing best practices, refining playbooks, and scaling successful tactics across the expansion sales organization to drive predictable, repeatable growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in mid-market or commercial segments, with consistent quota attainment
- • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, supported by data and measurable results
- • Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales or account management teams with a demonstrated record of improving team performance and supporting career growth
- • Consultative, strategic selling approach focused on diagnosing customer needs and creating long-term value
- • Strong business acumen and curiosity to quickly absorb complex global compliance and HR-related information and translate it into compelling solutions
- • Willingness to travel approximately 20% to strengthen client relationships
