  • • As the Manager of Account Management at Constructor Technologies, you will lead a team of Account Managers responsible for driving upsell revenue and net revenue retention, directly impacting the company’s growth and customer success in the competitive enterprise SaaS landscape. This role is critical to ensuring that Constructor’s cutting-edge AI-powered search and discovery platform continues to deliver measurable business value to global ecommerce leaders like Sephora, Under Armour, and Petco.
  • • You will personally own the development, coaching, and performance of your Account Management team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and customer-centric selling while aligning team objectives with company-wide revenue goals.
  • • Day to day, you will recruit, onboard, and train new Account Managers, providing ongoing sales enablement and coaching to ensure mastery of Constructor’s technical product suite and value-based selling methodologies.
  • • You will conduct regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and deal strategy sessions, identifying key inflection points in complex enterprise sales cycles and guiding your team through multi-stakeholder negotiations involving C-level executives, procurement, and line-of-business leaders.
  • • You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams to surface customer feedback, influence roadmap priorities, and ensure seamless handoffs between sales, implementation, and post-sale support.
  • • You will prepare for and attend Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with top-tier enterprise customers, using data-driven insights to demonstrate ROI, uncover expansion opportunities, and present tailored recommendations for additional features aligned with Constructor’s roadmap.
  • • You will actively pitch upsell and cross-sell opportunities to existing customers, leveraging deep product knowledge and business acumen to position Constructor as a strategic partner in optimizing search-driven revenue, conversion, and profit.
  • • You will own forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking for your team’s renewals, upsells, and cross-sales, delivering accurate pipeline visibility and strategic insights to the Director of Account Management and executive leadership.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4+ years of proven experience selling technical enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • • 2+ years of sales management experience in SaaS.
  • • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales numbers in a highly competitive market.
  • • Experience closing 6 and 7 figure deals.
  • • Skilled at negotiating business terms with line-of-business, procurement, contract teams, senior management, and C-level executives.
  • • Bachelor’s degree required; preferred: Sales Methodology training, SaaS Performance Management, Applications experience, and strong customer references.
  • • Preferred: Marketing technology experience and experience selling to large enterprise retail brands.
