- • As the Manager of Customer Success at EasyLlama, you will be instrumental in shaping the customer journey and ensuring our clients derive maximum value from our innovative HR compliance solutions. This leadership role is pivotal in overseeing a dedicated team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs), fostering their growth, and driving key customer retention and expansion metrics. You will be at the forefront of managing day-to-day team operations, guiding your CSMs through the critical processes of renewals and identifying opportunities for account expansion, all while contributing to the refinement and scaling of our Customer Success methodologies.
- • This position is ideally suited for a strategic thinker with a passion for hands-on coaching and team development. - • Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage a team of 5-6 CSMs, ensuring their strong performance, engagement, and adherence to EasyLlama's customer success philosophy. This involves providing consistent coaching and development, focusing on core Customer Success fundamentals, mastering renewal mechanics, and implementing best practices in account management.
- • You will actively oversee renewal and expansion opportunities, offering direct support and strategic guidance to your team members to drive revenue growth and proactively minimize customer churn. This hands-on approach ensures that our customers' evolving needs are met and that their partnership with EasyLlama deepens over time.
- • Managing customer escalations will be a key aspect of your role. You will be expected to handle complex customer issues with a calm, composed, and solutions-oriented demeanor, ensuring swift and effective resolutions that maintain and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- • Maintaining accurate forecasting is crucial for business planning and resource allocation. You will be responsible for ensuring your team provides clear visibility into renewal pipelines, potential risks, and growth opportunities, enabling informed decision-making at the leadership level.
- • A significant part of your role will involve ensuring consistent process adoption across the team. This includes reinforcing operational consistency, promoting data hygiene within our CRM, and championing the effective use of our tools to support customer success initiatives.
- • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Marketing. This partnership is essential for driving alignment on customer needs, ensuring that customer feedback informs product development, and that marketing efforts resonate with our target audience, ultimately enhancing the overall customer experience.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a people manager, with a demonstrated track record of developing and leading high-performing Customer Success teams.
- • Strong expertise in SaaS Customer Success, including deep understanding of renewal and expansion strategies, customer lifecycle management, and managing teams of similar size.
- • Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a strong plus) with a disciplined approach to forecasting accuracy and data hygiene.
- • Excellent coaching and communication skills, with a passion for providing actionable feedback and fostering team development.
- • Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments, particularly with pooled or one-to-many customer engagement models.
